At the STEP2 of "WRITE", I couldn't get the one-time password. Why not?
Verify your e-mail address ( spelling ). And check whether your e-mail address is owned by a specific domain, it isn't owned by a free mail service.
Rarely, the STEP2 of "WRITE" is disturbed by our filter. In this case, the STEP2 of "WRITE" is displayed a blank content. You can't back the previous STEP1, and go the next STEP3. And the system of the DomainBoard doesn't send an one-time password to you as an e-mail. If you see the blank content at the STEP2, please tell us your e-mail address via our official contact-form by using the button below: "Request you to update your filter". After we receive your request, we'll update our filter. After our updating, you might be able to receive the one-time password. We can't give you a definite promise to do so.
