I'm a user. Sometimes my MailReader displays a mail that doesn't have BODY ( under the part of [WebMailer Message: BODY] 」 ). Why not?

If your displays a mail that doesn't have BODY ( under the part of [WebMailer Message: BODY] ), please send a mail to the sender as follows:

Our Mail system deleted your mail-body.
You sent the mail on ++++.
Did you attach any file to the mail?

We can't receive a mail with attachment file(s).
We have to download any file(s) from the SSL-server owned by the person/organization/company who has the attachment file(s).

Please send a mail that tells us the URL of your SSL server that we can download your attachment file(s).

☞ How to confirm the date and time the mail was received in the mailbox.

"RapidMailReader Message: Date" at the column of "Message" is the date and time the mail was received in the mailbox.
